Welcome to Noubti Platform. These terms and conditions govern your use of our queue management and notification platform.

Zawaya Innovations is the entity that provides Noubti Platform and controls data processing ("we" or "us").

Compliance with WhatsApp Business API

We use the WhatsApp Business API (Meta) strictly in compliance with Meta's terms. Our use of phone numbers is solely to facilitate queue notifications ("Your turn is up"). We do not use this data for unsolicited marketing, nor do we share it with third parties beyond the necessary technical providers required to deliver the message.

Noubti Platform is a queue management system designed to manage physical queues digitally. We connect "Merchants" (businesses) with "Clients" (end-users) to facilitate orderly service. We are a technical intermediary and do not provide the underlying service (medical, retail, food) offered by the Merchant.

Merchants must represent a legal business entity in Morocco and maintain a valid subscription to access the dashboard. Clients must verify their phone number via WhatsApp to receive queue alerts.

You agree not to manipulate the queue system, use the platform for spam, or attempt to hack the service. Merchants agree to use the notification system solely for transactional queue updates.
