This policy applies when you use our WhatsApp queuing service, mobile web apps, or dashboard services. Users joining a queue are referred to as "Clients", and businesses managing queues are "Merchants".

Zawaya Innovations SARL ("we", "us", "our", or "Company") is the provider of Noubti Platform services. By using our platform, you agree to these terms and conditions.

WhatsApp & Meta Compliance

We use the WhatsApp Business API provided by Meta. We adhere to Meta's Messaging Policies. Important: Your phone number is used strictly to send you notifications regarding your position in the queue (e.g., "You are next"). It is not used for marketing, and we do not sell your data to third parties.
